Hues
Hues is the main property of color, which is described in color vision. It can be represented quantitatively by a number that is often corresponding to an angular position around a color wheel.
Considering the human color vison is confounded to the three primary color (trichromatic) of Red, Green and Blue, by variaying the intesnsity of diffrent primary color will generate a sequence of color changes that is well explained as the seven color of rainbow. (Animals and insects do see things in diffrent color in compare with humans, depending of color sensing organs in their eyes.)
Hence in painting color theory, a hue is a pure pigment without adding tint or shades.
Below is the table that show the Hues color in respective angle on the Hue Saturation Value model.

Changing Hues
Color of the image can be change by rotating the hues to a specific angle. This rotation change all the respective color to the corresponding color on the Hues Model. For example if the original color is red(0°), it will corresponding to yellow(60°) upon +60° rotation, similarly if the original color is yellow(60°), it will correspond to green(120°) upon +60° rotation.
Note the changes of color by rotating the hues. While rotating the hue towards the positive hues angle, the red Ang Pow changes from red(0°) to orange(+30°) to yellow(+60°) to green(+120°) to cyan(+180°); while the green grass from green(0°) to cyan(+30°) to blue(+60°) to purple(+120°) to magenta(+180°). However if rotating towards the negative hues, the Red Ang Pow changes from red(0°) to magenta(-30°) to purple(-60°) to blue(-120°) to cyan(-180°); while the green grass from green(0°) to lime green(-30°) to yellow(-60°) to red(-120°) to magenta(-180°). The black of the background and the white of the wedding dress do not change much in perceivable color. Changing the hues changes color with higher saturation.
Below is the expected color by rotating the Hue towards positive angles (+30°, +60°, +90°, +120°, +150°, +180°).
Hue | 0° | 30° | 60° | 90° | 120° | 150° | 180° | 210° | 240° | 270° | 300° | 330° | 360° |
